      Professional Staging It’s been shown that a

      professionally staged home sells for

      more money and faster than an

      un-staged home.  Remember, we are

      not selling “your” home but the

      “buyer’s” next home and you need it to

      appeal to the greatest number of

      potentials.

        Weekly Professional Cleaning Staging will clean up the home but

        that’s only for the first day. We

        want to keep the home showing in

        mint condition without putting you

        out.  Your home will sparkle for the

        duration of the listing.

          360 Virtual Tour  

          If a picture says a thousand words

          how many words does a full 360

          degree tour say?  This is going to

          generate much more interest from

          qualified buyers.

           

            Floor plan Exact measurements eliminating any

            liability for errors and a clear picture

            for the buyers to see making their

            decision all the easier.

              Video tour  

              The Virtual tour is good and this is

              the icing on the cake.  A full motion

              walk-through to keep things fresh in the

              buyer’s minds.  Viewable on the Web,

                    In the case of a condo we’re

                    talking about minutes, Form ‘B’,

                    title searches, bylaws, rules, and

                    financial statements.  For Homes we

                    are looking at surveys and title searches.

                      This is going to be a condition

                    for any buyer and we need

                    to provide these ASAP.

                      Your Lawyer’s fee included  

                      Any sale is going to need a lawyer

                      to complete and this is one more

                      expense you will not need to

                      worry about.

                       

                      All of the above, including the professional staging, is included.  Your only expense remaining will be to pack and move as we get it sold!

                       

                      Total time from “Yes” is 7 days wherein we prepare the home by staging/cleaning then film the home and make the floor plans.  All this is then sent to our supplier to be printed onto listing flyers and mailed out or published to the net.  As soon as possible we will have an Agent’s open followed by a full weekend of Public opens.  The public opens will supply coffee and tea to encourage greater time spent by potential buyers and enable more time for my staff to “sell” your home.

                       

                      Buyers aren’t left out from the special treatment as they will receive their lawyer’s fee paid for and a consultation with an accredited Interior Designer.
